This is a preliminary master plan for a site located south of the capital of Uruguay.

It is a peninsula of approximately 15 hectares of public land to be developed for mixed uses.

The programme includes a Ferry terminal, Casino, Conference and commercial Centres, Sailing and Fishing Clubs, public Swimming pool, Hotel, Restaurants and Residential areas of approximately 1200 apartments.
