This private development for Delmo Group in Miami Beach's highly desirable SOFI residential area was designed as a three-story luxury apartment complex with one unit per floor, a roof terrace, and a gymnasium.

 

The apartments are all crossover units with natural cross-ventilation. The units have east and west views, as well as large terraces for entertaining. The architectural language is modern, with hints of the area's Art Deco history.
